Automated Software Testing Magazine - Write For AST

Attention all automation practitioners! You are now being recruited to share your hands-on knowledge and experience with the IT industry in a way that will reach people all over the world; via an article in the Automated Software Testing Magazine. The Automated Testing Institute (ATI) is inviting you to contribute a proposal that may lead to your eventual authoring of an article that gets published in an upcoming edition.

Proposal Submission Rules

Initially, you will only submit proposals. Full articles should only be submitted upon formal request from ATI. Your proposal should contain the following items:

  • Title - The title of the proposed article
  • Abstract - A synopsis that explains the primary message of the article in 100 words or less.
  • Target Audience - Who are you attempting to reach with this article (i.e. Novice, Intermediate or Expert)
  • Practical Highlights - 3 to 5 bullets that highlight what the readers will learn

Proposals should be submitted to astproposals@automatedtestinginstitute.com.

Article Submission

Upon request, your articles should be submitted in either a plain ASCII text file, an RTF file or in a Microsoft Word file. Your article will fit into one of two broad categories:

  • Featured Article - 2500 to 4000 words
  • FOB/BOB Articles (editorials, department articles, etc.) - 800 to 2000 words

Along with your article, a bio of 150 words or less should be submitted describing your experiences and qualifications.
